There are two small areas of sole separation (outer side of left boot and inner side of right boot), as pointed to in last 2 pictures. The soles remain attached and wearable, but repair may be needed in the future.
The photo with a ruler is lined up with the back of the heel and shows the approximate length of the shoe from the top view. Great condition. Uppers are clean with minor scuffs and small marks. Footbeds show light use.
